Contraindications & Cautions
HydraFacial may not be suitable, or your treatment may need to be modified, if you have:
active cold sores, open wounds or broken skin in the treatment area
an active skin infection or significant inflammation
moderate to severe dermatitis, eczema or psoriasis in the treatment area
significant sunburn or recently irritated skin
recently had an aggressive peel, laser, resurfacing or other advanced skin treatment
recently used prescription or topical medications that may increase skin sensitivity
a known allergy or sensitivity to ingredients used during the treatment
a medical or skin condition that may affect treatment suitability or healing
Pregnancy or breastfeeding may affect which boosters, exfoliating solutions or additional treatment components are appropriate.
