Sibu Skin & Beauty Membership Terms & Conditions

By joining a Sibu Skin & Beauty membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Membership Commitment

All memberships are a minimum 12 month agreement. By joining, you are committing to ongoing payments for the full 12 month term.

Custom plans may be created for you during your consultation, with inclusions and duration tailored to your individual skin goals and timeframe.

Membership Pricing

Your membership rate is fixed for the duration of your initial 12 month agreement. Any price changes will apply upon renewal of your membership and will be communicated in advance.

Payments

Memberships are billed automatically via your selected payment frequency (weekly, fortnightly or monthly). Payments must be kept up to date to maintain active membership status.

All payments are non-refundable and cannot be paused or cancelled during the minimum term, except in exceptional circumstances at management discretion.

If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to reprocess the payment. If payment remains outstanding, your membership benefits and booking access may be paused until your account is brought up to date.

Minimum Commitment

Memberships are based on a minimum 12 month commitment and are not pay-as-you-go.

Early cancellation does not entitle the client to receive the full value of remaining treatments.

Any approved early termination may require payment of the difference between membership pricing and standard treatment pricing.

Treatment Allocation

Membership payments are applied as treatment credit within your client account.

Treatments are delivered progressively across your membership term and are not intended to be prepaid and used upfront in full.

Treatment availability is based on your personalised treatment plan as guided by your therapist.

Appointments, Cancellations and No Shows

All memberships are subject to Sibu Skin & Beauty’s standard cancellation policy. Memberships do not override or alter these requirements.

Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Late Cancellation (within 24 hours)

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the treatment will be forfeited and cannot be recredited.

No Show

If you do not attend your appointment and do not notify the clinic, the treatment will be forfeited and cannot be recredited.

Missed Appointment (with notice)

If you are unable to attend and provide more than 24 hours notice, your appointment can be rescheduled without penalty and your treatment remains available within your membership.

Travel and Treatment Deferrals

If you are unable to attend for a period due to travel or other circumstances, your treatments may be deferred.

Payments will continue as normal, and your membership term will be extended to allow completion of your treatments.

Standard deferral period is up to 2 months. Extended deferrals may be approved at management discretion.

Pauses

Memberships cannot be paused once commenced.

In exceptional circumstances such as medical reasons, a temporary adjustment may be considered at management discretion.

Credits and Usage

If you are unable to attend appointments, your payments will continue as scheduled.

Any unused treatments will remain as a credit on your account and must be used within your membership term, including any approved extensions.

Credits are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not refundable.

Treatment Suitability and Adjustments

All treatments are subject to consultation and clinical suitability.

If a treatment is not suitable at the time of your appointment, an alternative treatment of equal value will be provided.

Treatments may be adjusted based on your skin condition, treatment plan progression, or therapist recommendation.

Results Disclaimer

Individual results may vary.

Results are dependent on treatment consistency, home care, and individual skin response.

Transferability

Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered client.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By entering this agreement, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting Sibu Skin & Beauty to resolve the issue.

Unauthorised chargebacks may result in suspension of your membership and recovery of outstanding amounts.

Communication

You agree to receive communication from Sibu Skin & Beauty regarding your membership, appointments, and account updates.

Clinic Rights

Sibu Skin & Beauty reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate a membership if terms are breached.

We reserve the right to update these terms where required for business or operational reasons.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Agreement

By proceeding with your membership, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
