BOOKING POLICY
A 5% despoit is required to secure your appointment.
24 hours’ notice is required for changes or cancellations.
Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee
No-shows will incur 100% of the treatment cost.
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may reduce your treatment time.
We understand that genuine emergencies happen and will assess these on a case-by-case basis.
