Eyelash Lift
Lift, lengthen and define the appearance of your natural lashes with a professional lash lift. Using professional systems including Lash V and LVL, lashes are lifted from the root to create a more open, eye-brightening effect. Results generally last up to 6–8 weeks.

Classic Lash Infills
Maintain your classic lash extensions with regular infills. Your therapist will assess your remaining extensions and natural lash growth to determine the appointment time required to restore a balanced, full result.
Volume Lash Extensions
Volume lash extensions create a fuller, softer and more dimensional lash line using lightweight extensions customised to your natural lashes and preferred level of fullness. Results can be tailored from soft volume through to a more defined, dramatic finish.
Volume Lash Infills
Maintain your volume lash extensions with regular infills. Your therapist will assess your remaining extensions and natural lash growth and tailor the appointment to restore fullness while protecting the health of your natural lashes.
Eyelash Extension Removal
Professional eyelash extension removal safely dissolves the adhesive so extensions can be removed without pulling or placing unnecessary stress on your natural lashes.
If extensions applied elsewhere require additional time due to excess adhesive, clumping or application issues, your therapist will discuss this with you before proceeding.
Important Booking Info
Lash infills require enough extensions to remain for an infill appointment to be appropriate.
Please arrive with clean, mascara-free lashes.
The condition and number of remaining extensions will determine what can be achieved within your booked appointment.
If insufficient extensions remain, a full set may be required.
Extensions applied elsewhere may require assessment or removal before we can proceed.
Before Your Treatment
For the best result from your brow or lash treatment, please arrive with the treatment area clean and free from makeup where possible.
For lash lifts, tints and eyelash extensions, avoid waterproof mascara and heavy eye makeup before your appointment, as residue can affect treatment results and retention.
Please let your therapist know before treatment if you:
have recently experienced irritation, sensitivity or an allergic reaction around the eyes or brows
have a known sensitivity to tint, dye, adhesives or cosmetic products
are using prescription or active skincare around the brow area
have recently had cosmetic treatments, peels, resurfacing or procedures around the treatment area
have had a previous reaction to a lash lift, brow lamination, tint, hybrid dye or eyelash extensions
Patch testing may be recommended or required for some products or services depending on your treatment history and the system being used.
Contraindications & When We May Need to Postpone Treatment
Your safety and the health of your natural brows, lashes and surrounding skin always come first.
Your treatment may need to be modified or postponed if you have:
an active eye infection, conjunctivitis or another contagious eye condition
significant redness, swelling, inflammation or irritation around the treatment area
open wounds, broken skin, active dermatitis or infection around the brows or eyes
a known allergy or previous significant reaction to products required for the treatment
recently undergone eye surgery or another procedure affecting the treatment area without appropriate clearance
natural lashes or brow hairs that are too compromised to safely perform the requested chemical or extension service
For brow waxing, recent use of strong exfoliating or resurfacing products around the brow area may increase the risk of skin lifting or irritation. Please tell your therapist about any retinoids, prescription skincare, peels or resurfacing treatments you are using or have recently had.
If you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable, please contact us before your appointment. Your therapist will assess the area and recommend the safest option.
Aftercare
Your therapist will provide treatment-specific aftercare at your appointment. As a general guide:
avoid rubbing, picking or heavily touching the treated area
keep freshly treated brows and lashes clean and follow any instructions about keeping them dry
avoid excessive heat, steam, swimming and heavy sweating for the recommended period after treatments such as brow lamination or lash lifting
avoid strong active skincare directly over freshly waxed or sensitised skin
keep eyelash extensions clean and avoid pulling or picking at them

If you simply need shaping, Brow Sculpt is the best starting point. Tint or hybrid dye can be added when you would also like more colour and definition. Brow lamination is suited to clients wanting the brow hairs redirected, lifted or styled into a fuller-looking shape.
If you are unsure, book the option that most closely matches what you want and your therapist can assess your brows at your appointment.

Traditional brow tint primarily colours the brow hairs for subtle definition. Hybrid dye can create a stronger, more defined result and may also temporarily stain the skin beneath the brows.
Your therapist will customise the colour and finish rather than applying the same result to every client.

Results vary according to your skin, hair, skincare routine and cleansing habits. Colour generally lasts longer on the brow hair than it does on the skin.

Sometimes. Extensions applied elsewhere need to be assessed first.
If the existing lashes are healthy, correctly isolated and compatible with our work, an infill may be possible. If there is excessive adhesive, clumping, poor isolation or damage to the natural lashes, removal and a new set may be recommended instead.

Professional removal uses a product designed to dissolve the extension adhesive so the extensions can be removed without pulling on the natural lashes.
Please do not pick or pull extensions off at home, as this can damage your natural lashes.

After waxing, lamination, lash lifting or tinting, we generally recommend allowing the area to settle and following the aftercare instructions provided by your therapist. Eyelash extension clients should also avoid products that interfere with the adhesive or create excessive build-up around the lash line.
